Bonhoeffer House
All are welcome at LCM’s Bonhoeffer House!
The Bonhoeffer House is located just across the street from UD’s Russell and Redding dormitories, at 247 Haines Street in Newark. Convenient to Main Street. House capacity: 4 students.
In addition to the 3 bedrooms (2 single, 1 double occupancy), the house has a full bath on the second floor, half bath on the first floor, full kitchen, and living room. Laundry facilities are onsite (in the basement), all utilities, central air conditioning, WiFi, and parking are included in the rental fee.
During 2020, the whole house was freshly painted, new kitchen countertop installed, new appliances, and a newly renovated full bath. All rooms are fully furnished.
Property is well maintained by Lutheran Campus Ministry and the office is located onsite. Participation in ministry activities is not a requirement. The Bonhoeffer House is a pet-free, smoke-free, and E-cigarette free property.
